Dix Stainless Steel Screen Filters are manufactured from high strength 304-grade stainless steel that ensures exceptional corrosion and wear resistance, providing many years of reliable service.

Dix Media filters employ a `natural` form of filtration - passing water through a bed of sand or gravel. By careful media selection, filtration grades of 20 micron or less can be achieved.

AZUD Helix disc, disc and screen filters are a cost-effective extension to the existing DIX range of screen and media filtration systems.

AZUD automatic disc filters incorporate a unique helix cartridge that extends the filtration cycle between backflushing and saving water.

Dix foot valves are installed to pump suction (inlet) pipe-work to ensure that the pump remains primed and ready to start in applications where the pump is located above the reservoir level. If your water is corrosive use a stainless steel foot valve to prevent costly repairs or replacement.

Cast fittings are made in the Dix foundry from T200 grade cast iron. Castings are bitumen dipped for long life. Mild steel bolts and straps optionally available in 316 stainless steel. Rubber rings comply to AS1646 - Elastometric seals for waterworks purposes.
