A direct reflection of the multifaceted nature of the world’s maritime industry, Global’s Marine Casualty Response Division provides quality response to our clients’ needs. Projects vary across the board from fast emergency response to all manner of marine casualties, including the less emergent assessment of vintage wrecks and the recovery and removal of derelict vessels. Global’s team has the personnel, skills, and experience to staff and manage all manner of projects, ranging from planning, design and field execution, all in a safe and efficient manner.

Global has more than 35 years of underwater construction experience and expertise in deep-water infrastructure work that is unmatched in the industry. Working in both public and private sectors, we provide a variety of services including inspections, installations, maintenance, repairs and new builds. Projects include dams maintenance, dam inspection and hydroelectric plants, bridges, pipelines, piers and much more.

Marine Environmental Services at Global Diving & Salvage, Inc. encompass both the marine and upland business sectors. With more than 35 years of industry experience, we have knowledge and capability to respond quickly in emergency situations. We have the expertise to support remote and logistically challenging projects. Environmental Services include emergency oil spill response, shoreline clean-up, oil/fuel lightering, preventative containment booming, tank installations and decommissioning, and more.

Global offers a full range of Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs), including those suited for pipeline inspection and `flying eyeballs` tasks, as well as work-class ROVs. We maintain our fleet for ready deployment at all times. Our ROVs carry standard high-resolution color video cameras with recording capabilities. Most of our ROVs can be customized with additional tooling for added functionality or data gathering, including additional sonar, camera or lighting arrays, drills and manipulator arms, and more.

Global provides a full spectrum of NDT/NDE methods for topside and subsea inspection and testing services to safely evaluate the integrity of components and infrastructure without permanently altering the equipment. Our staff is certified to meet requirements in accordance with industry, government, military, code authority, and client standards. This includes American Petroleum Institute (API), National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE), American Welding Society (AWS), Process Safety Management (PSM), and Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) inspection services.

Global provides auditing and assessments for compliance with all Quality Management Systems (QMS). Our services include vendor surveillance, consulting, and internal/external assessments to ensure QMS compliance.
