In a fully automatic composting, the food waste is broken down and becomes odorless and nutritious soil. The system is adapted to all commercial kitchens. The food waste goes through an aerobic decomposition and is composted into an odorless and nutritious end product. The solution is a patented process developed in Norway. The system is adapted to all commercial kitchens. A grinder is mounted directly in the kitchen in a 60 × 60 module. The food waste is transported via vacuum or gravity to the waste room.

Our biggest and most used model with a capacity of 250 tonnes food waste turned into compost per year. Perfect for large hotels/commercial kitchens.The installation includes dehydrator and transportation by vacuum of the food waste from the kitchen to the waste disposal rom.

This modell compost 75 tonnes per year. Should be installed close to the kitchen.

This modell compost 30 tonnes per year. The food waste is composted without being grinded first, and the decomposing takes more time. Perfect when the kitchen and waste disposal room are located close to each other.

The CM 50 is our smallest model and has a capacity of 50 tonnes food waste turned into compost per year. The installation includes dehydrator and transportation of the food waste by vacuum from the kitchen to the waste disposal rom.

The CM 50 Compact also has a capacity of 50 tonnes per year. The grinder and dehydrator is built into the machine.

25 litres capacity, ideal for preperation and dishwasher area. Processes most food waste, except big bones and knuckles. Able to send about 40 times a day. The chamber of the M25 handles 25 litres of food waste. The module is 600x600 mm. 1-2 min per grinding.

The same type of dehydrator is being used in all bioreactors. The dehydrator extracts water/grease from the waste.
