It is also suitable for corrosive fluids like coal gas, acid, alkali and etc. Full bore suitable for pipeline pigging, smooth path, small flow resistance and no pressure loss.

Global Valve & Controls trunnion design ball valves incorporate the use of upper and lower supports (GVC trunnion plate system) to retain the ball under pressure. Global Valve & Controls API 6D trunnion ball valves have a secondary sealant injection system for stem seals and seats in the event of providing a temporary seal to an otherwise damaged area. The Global Valve & Controls trunnion ball valve design using the upper and lower trunnion plate system essentially doubles the safety and reliability of a standard trunnion ball valve.

GLOBAL VALVE & CONTROLS  offers a complete line of economy and high performance/ high pressure threaded or socket welded end valves in sizes ¼” through 4″,1000-6000 WOG (PSI), in full, regular, or reduced port, 1 piece to 5-piece body designs, in Carbon or Stainless Steel, with blowout proof stem, Stainless Steel locking handle (exception Series BV2000), for general purpose to severe service industrial applications, such as LNG, Cryogenic, Water, Steam, HVAC, Agriculture, Food Processing, Brewing, and Vessel applications.

GVC offers the option of a pressure seal for our gate and globe designs with the ANSI class of 1500 and 2500.  GLOBAL VALVE & CONTROLS’ SERIES CK is designed to API6D specifications.  The GVC Cast Steel Valve line is available in WCB, CF8M, Alloy 20 & various exotic alloy materials. With several end deign options to choose – Butt Weld, Raised Face, Ring Type Joint (RTJ) Ends-GVC can provide the right valve for the right application!
