Globaltech, Inc. is an integrated design-build firm consisting of both licensed engineers and contractors that can deliver a seamless design-build project. We have evolved as a design-build company to better serve the needs of our clients in which the more traditional design-bid-build method consumed valuable financial resources through over-engineering and schedule impediments. Using the design-build approach, the financial resources are better directed toward the installed components as a `terminal product` instead. Globaltech has experience executing design-build projects with individual budgets ranging from $20,000 to over $3 million. To date we have completed, or are contracted to complete, nearly 100 design-build projects totaling over $25 million in the south Florida regional market as the Prime Design-Build Contractor.

Globaltech provides general, mechanical, and plumbing contracting services for the water and wastewater industry. Globaltech is licensed as general contractor (CGC1507230), mechanical contractor (CMC1249255), Underground Utility and Excavating Contracting (CUC1224907), and plumbing contractor (CFC 1427843) in the state of Florida. Globaltech self-performs the mechanical, structural, civil and site underground piping construction. We typically bring on additional subcontractors where necessary to maximize use of local firms and provide greater cost savings on individual projects.

Globaltech provides consulting engineering services for water and wastewater utilities. Our full-service capabilities range from conceptual planning, design, and permitting to services during construction, and commissioning.
