GNR - Model AreX D - Bechtop Retained Austenite Analyzer
GNR - Model Edge - Portable Residual Stress Analyzer
Non-destructive analysis on any dimensions sample for indoor and outdoor analysis. Edge is the new GNR portable residual stress analyzer. It has been designed focusing on exceptional portability lightness, easiness to set up and outstanding performances. Edge is a portable Theta/Theta X-ray diffractometer: it allows performing reliable measurements on production samples and specimens to determine residual stress, retained austenite and to investigate alloys structure and phase composition. The instrument is compliant to ASTM E915, UNI EN 15305 (residual stress standard practices) and ASTM E975 – 13 (retained austenite standard practice).
GNR - Model AreX L - X-Ray Diffractometer
Complete automated instrument to determine Retained Austenite. Unique and outstanding instrument able to measure in an automated way Retained Austenite in compliance with ASTM E 975 -03. Accurate measurement of the retained austenite levels is important in the development and control of heat treatment process in steel industry. X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) is considered the most accurate method available that can accurately determine retained austenite levels down to 0.5%. The integrated intensities of the austenite (220) and (311), and the ferrite (200) and (211) diffraction peaks are measured on the AreX diffractometer. The use of multiple diffraction peaks minimizes the effects of preferred orientation and allows interference from carbides to be detected.
GNR - Model APD 2000 PRO - Laboratory X-Ray Diffractometer
APD 2000 PRO Diffractometer is designed to be the best solution for phase and structural analysis of powder samples. It could be equipped with various attachments for your special field of research. APD 2000 PRO diffractometer is an high power – Theta/Theta – laboratory powder X-Ray Diffractometer equipped with all the most moder technical features which grant accuracy, precision, safety and easiness of use for XRD analysis of polycrystalline materials. Thanks to a wide offer of configurations and accessories such as high-speed detector, scintillation counter, high-low temperature and humidity chamber, secondary monochromator, spinner and multiple sample holder, APD 2000 PRO is a powerful tool for powder diffraction applications such as routinary qualitative and quantitative phase analysis, non-ambient analysis, structure solution and refinement, crystallite size and degree of crystallinity calculation.
GNR - Model Explorer - High Resolution X-Ray Diffractometer
Explorer is a multi purpose – Theta/Theta – high resolution diffractometer which, thanks to its direct drive torque motors, offers top performances in many analytical areas, from phase analysis to determination of microstructural properties on bulk or thin film materials. The modularity and the flexibility of the Explorer equipment allows to start with an entry-level system which can be upgraded to meet new end user requirements. GNR could supply a wide range of X-ray sources, optics, sample holders, detectors and configurations to satisfy several analytical needs. With no limits to its applications, Explorer modular system offers high performances in all analytical areas, ranging from phases quantification of mixtures, to the determination of microstructural properties as residual stress and preferred orientation of crystallites on bulk materials as well as on thin films.
StressX - Robotic Residual Stress X-Ray Diffractometer
Non-destructive analysis on any dimensions samples * EN UNI 15305 and ASTM 915 compliant* X Ray Diffractometer mounted on 6-axis robot. StressX is a X-Ray Diffractometer dedicated to the Residual Stress Analysis, providing a non-destructuve test of the samples. The head of the diffratometer is mounted on an anthropomorphic 6 axis robot that allows to analyze samples of any dimensions and shapes. StressX could be mounted either in a closed cabin, suitable for laboratory analysis or on a four wheel trolley for on site analysis. Residual Stress could be induced by machining, grinding, rolling, deep drawing, welding, thermal hardening and shot peening; its quantification allows to prevent fatigue damage and to control material’s durability and safety.
