Borosilicate glass 3.3 pipeline offer many advantages for its use in chemical, pharmaceutical industries together with precious metal refining, dye works & electroplating because of its following characteristics. Inert to almost all chemicals, hence no risk of contamination and no unwanted flavors or colors are imparted into product. Transparency allows visual monitoring of the process, flow patterns, color changes etc. Almost universal resistance to corrosion. A long service life is guaranteed. Smooth surface permits easy cleaning and prevents fouling.

In most of the glass plants, vessels are used as reactors, receivers, separators, measuring or feed vessels. Glass Reactor are available in Spherical Shape from 5 to 500 liter and in Cylindrical Shape from 5 to 500 liter capacity. Cylindrical vessels can be supplied with metal/glass jackets too. We have a variety of vessel options to choose from our standard range. Beside the manufacturing of our Standard Vessels / Rectors, we specialize in producing reactors as per customer`s requirement. We can fabricate the reactor as per drawing or picture. 

The couplings used with glass equipment are important from two main points of view : 1.They must ensure the effective seal of the joint. 2.They should not induce any undue stress in the glass. 3.They must be reliable in all service conditions. In this section we have covered couplings to join glass components together as well as to join glass component with a other metal equipment. PTFE bellows are available for normal and vacuum applications together with flanges to connect them to glass or non-glass equipment.
