Gometrics - Excela Electronic Process Thermostat/Pressure Switch

The ONE Series safety transmitter has been designed by UNITED ELECTRIC CONTROLS to simplify installation, increase safety and eliminate false alarms. Redundant self-diagnosis “IAW” of the equipment detects the open/closed state and faulty sensor. The analog output of the transmitter provides the process variable and fault detected information. It has digital outputs to provide an alarm of equipment failure to execute an emergency stop. The instrument is password-protected to prevent unwanted parameter changes, eliminating the risk of tampering, and memorizes internally the maximum and minimum values reached. The LED backlighting incorporated in the equipment improves the visualization of process variables, parameters and status in low light locations.

Gometrics VANGUARD - Wireless Gas Detector for Toxic and Combustible

The Vanguard WirelessHART gas detector from UNITED ELECTRIC is ideal for monitoring toxic and combustible gases without costly, fixed wiring. With a five-year battery life and a calibration button, the Vanguard detector is easy to operate and maintain. Each detector has a WirelessHART transceiver, antenna, display, long-lasting power module, gas sensor and signal processor for the gas sensor. Vanguard uses a sensor architecture with the “Flexsense”trademark, which allows the sensor to identify its target gas and self-configure itself to a Vanguard transmitter when connected. It is currently available with either a non-dispersive (0-100% LEL) infrared methane sensor (NDIR) or an electrochemical hydrogen sulfide sensor (0-100 ppm).

Gometrics - Humidity Generator Module

The IGM-CHHR is a humidity module that can be used in conjunction with IGM or MGP2 gas mixers to create different gas mixtures including a certain degree of relative humidity. Thanks to our advanced gas mixer software, a part of the dry gas mixture will be circulated through the water bubblers and, as a result, the relative humidity of the output gas mixture will reach the desired value. This is done in a very simple way and in such a way that the ppm concentration of the target reference gases will not change. To control the RH generation module you will need to configure the Mixer Control Unit (MCU). The MCU is a standard PLC-based system designed to automatically change gas mixer and moisture module flow set points based on the state of a process variable. The MCU will measure the process variable (e.g., RH, temperature, pressure) and modify the flow set points sent to the mass flow controllers depending on the algorithm defined by the scientist or expert engineer.
