Rubber reducers, also known as reducing rubber joints/connectors, including concentric rubber reducers and eccentric rubber reducers, are special designed for piping systems to compensate more misalignment/offset, absorb pipe movements, relieve stress, reduce system noise/vibration, and to protect rotating mechanical equipment against start-up surge forces.

Duckbill check valves are widely used in the demanding applications of many industries, are precision-molded, one-piece elastomeric valves that provide reliable backflow prevention at low pressure differentials.  Duckbill check valves allow free flow with positive differential pressure.  With negative differential pressure, backflow is checked.  Pressure drop across the valve is a feature unique to duckbill check valves.  They can be designed to operate in a few millimeters (inches) of water to several hundred KPa (psi), depending on valve size, geometry and compound characteristics.  Duckbill check valves are also designed to start functioning at specific opening and closing pressure ranges, depending on your specifications.

The duckbill valve slip on type is a slip-on design with an integral nylon reinforced rubber sleeve, and furnished with heavy-duty clamps. The Valve can be easily installed over the pipe end. Normally, GYLDT manufactures Slip On duckbill valves from DN50mm to DN2400mm, but we can supply the valves with any dimensions to meet your needs.

HDPE flap valves are designed for use on the discharge end of pipes to prevent backflow or intrusion into the pipe. Typical applications include discharges to reservoirs, ponding basins and standpipes. Permits the outflow of water from a pipe or structure while preventing backflow.   Used in reservoirs, tidal basins, ponding basins, pump stands and storm drain systems where seating heads are less than ten feet.

A standard adjusting range of 50mm on length and a small lateral and angular misalignment can be accommodated. This adjustability of the dismantling joint facilitates for easy removal of pumps and valves in circumstances of inspection, maintenance or replacement.

Flexible couplings are the flexible solution for joining pipes. These couplings are ideal for absorbing noises and vibrations in pipelines and overcoming axial offset, guaranteeing a permanently leaktight connection.Flexible coupling allows an expansion and contraction of ± 2.5 mm and an angular deflection of 3°for each gasket (±5 mm & 6°in total for each coupling).
