The DV-CD Dry Continuous Duty Vacuum uses a maintenance free, heavy-duty brushless induction motor for superior performance. The unit can run non-stop, 24 hours a day without fear of motor burnout. It produces a static water lift of 118` and an air displacement of 176 CFM. A pocket filter traps particles down to 3 microns while an external filter shaker keeps the filter clear. Optional 1 micron HEPA filter available. The collection tank is detachable and can wheel out from under the vacuum without removing the vacuum head or filter.

Constructed of heavy duty polyethylene and acid proof components, these units are designed for years of use in industrial applications. The secret to their success at removing scale lies in the innovative Flow Reversal Valve. During the descaling process, lime scale dissolves and creates foam and gas, which act as a barrier to further scale reduction. Using the Flow Reversal Valve allows for the foam and gas to discharge into the tank, eliminating the barrier effect and considerably speeding up the descaling process. Each unit is self priming and safely contains chemicals within its integral tank, allowing for maximum user friendliness. Equipped with a 4 HP (3 kW) drive motor, this machine has the strength needed to clean virtually any tube/pipe 1/4` (6.4mm) I.D. and up. Flexible shafts and accessories are available for both wet or dry applications. The AWT-100X uses a cleaning tool mounted to the tip of a flexible shaft. For wet applications, the unit feeds water through the casing to the cleaning tool, flushing out deposits as they are loosened. For dry applications, the GTC-DPA Dry Pickup Attachment and a simultaneous vacuum are used to remove loosened deposits.
