Landscape Architecture & Planning
Gosling Czubak provides private and public clients with a full range of landscape architecture services. We furnish commercial and residential developers with site design services and help them obtain zoning approvals to build their projects. Local governments use our services to plan and build streetscapes, park improvements, and recreation programs. Specialized services help communities, developers, and institutions with gateway and way-finding projects. Our design staff helps clients visualize improvements so they can be implemented. Environmental Services
Gosling Czubak maintains one of the largest environmental staffs in Northern Michigan. Our Environmental Service Professionals include registered engineers, certified geologists, certified hazardous materials managers, and trained field technicians. Surveying
Using innovative methods and equipment, Gosling Czubak’s Survey Department serves a variety of clients including commercial and residential development, oil and gas, telecommunications, industrial, and utilities. Working throughout Michigan, we provide precise surveys for land, development, spatial, geodetic, control, construction, MDOT, and hydrographic projects. Gosling Czubak has multiple survey crews utilizing the most technically advanced equipment. Each crew is supplied with total station survey equipment, real-time and static global positioning systems (GPS), and tracked and amphibious vehicles for accessing difficult terrains.Geotechnical
Gosling Czubak’s Geotechnical Engineering Department serves commercial and residential developers, architects, Road Commissions, and municipalities. We provide geotechnical services on projects ranging from retail centers, hospitals, commercial and industrial buildings to bridges, roads, public works, private development, and up-scale residential projects. We conduct soils investigations for foundations, retaining walls, soil densification, dewatering, and slope stability projects.
