For a flat rate Graftel will open a two year window for you to send in covered Leak Rate Monitors for service.  Graftel offers a Leak Rate Monitor extended service program. This can greatly benefit new or existing customers. Graftel can perform all warranty work on-site including the RCA on contaminated LRMs. If work is performed on-site, training in use of equipment to LLRT crew can be given during same visit.

Leak Rate Monitor and Gas Flow Meter Calibration and Repair at Your Facility. Graftel can calibrate and repair Local Leakage Rate Monitors on your site. This includes contaminated LRMs inside of the RCA. Our team of experience technicians have all been recently badged US nuclear power plants and are experience in working inside of the RCA. For those critical gas flow meters that just can’t leave your site, Graftel, LLC. now offers calibration services at your facility.

Liquid Flow Meter Calibration Services By Graftel — ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Accredited raftel maintains four NIST-traceable primary 700 GPM liquid flow meter calibration systems utilizing water as the calibration medium. Each systems uses a high accuracy Coriolis meter as a secondary standard and its own gravimetric time-mass system as a primary standard. These four systems cover overlapping ranges so that they may be checked against each other.

Graftel is a supplier of ILRT and LLRT testing instrumentation as well as a consultant to the Nuclear Power industry. Graftel’s ILRT smart sensors have been in use in the U.S. since 1993 and have proven to decrease set up and test duration as well as minimize the amount of cabling and penetrations required. Graftel not only does complete testing services but also manufactures, services and calibrates all required instrumentation.
