Combining ion exchange and filtration into one unit, the Graver Powdex® Condensate Polisher removes iron, copper, silica, activated corrosion products and salts, whether soluble or suspended. This is the most economical and efficient system yet devised to provide both filtration and ion exchange capabilities. Powdex systems have been designed with condensate flow capacities up to 33,000 gpm (7,500 m3/hr) for a single installation.

Graver Water  has optimized deep bed condensate polishing technologies through the use of proprietary flow distribution enhancements and enhanced collection, to maximize resin utilization. For on-site regenerated systems Graver’s trademarked and proprietary two-vessel SepraEight® regeneration design results in a smaller footprint for regeneration equipment without compromising separation efficiency or optimum regeneration.

The Graver Reactivator is a high rate, solids contact, sludge recirculation type clarifier that, in minimum time, space and chemical consumption, produces an effluent of the highest quality. It is used principally for clarification, lime softening, silica reduction, or organics reduction of water and wastewater containing suspended solids, color and organic impurities. As such, the Reactivator provides a means for chemical addition and mixing, flocculation, and upflow clarification in a single unit.

The Graver Lamella design utilizes inclined plate clarification to separate solids from the water and clarify the water. The lamella is composed of a series of removable parallel plates commonly referred to as “lamella plates”. Stacking the inclined plates results in a separator having up to ten times the clarification area of a conventional circular settling tank occupying the same floor space. To put it another way, it does the separator job in 1/10 the space.

GRAVER has hundreds of Monoscour filter installations worldwide and more than half a century of experience serving many industries.  Graver’s Monoscour® is a heavy duty, high rate gravity filter designed for treating high turbidity loads and sticky particulates such as those typically encountered following chemical treatment with polymers and coagulants. The Monoscour is particularly useful in wastewater applications, lime softening applications, cooling tower side stream filtration and all other gravity filter applications where high filtering rates are desirable. The Monoscour filter is fully automatic and incorporates a self contained backwash compartment which eliminates the need for backwash pumps and tanks.  It also includes a vigorous air scour step to efficiently clean the filter media while minimizing the volume of backwash water consumed.

Graver’s Scepter Microfiltration/Ultrafiltration systems represent the ultimate filtration solution for demanding applications with difficult process conditions or streams with high solids or viscosity. The Scepter® UF module is a cross-flow stainless steel membrane, constructed of porous stainless steel tubes which are coated with a unique titanium dioxide membrane. The result is a MF/UF system which performs regardless of the extreme pressures, pH and temperature.
