Account Maintenance Including
We provide general support and assistance for all utility-related questions and are available to train staff and management as needed. If a billing error is discovered, we lead the negotiations to collect any overcharges and back it up with our rate models and cost validations

As part of our waste brokering services we often survey existing recycling programs for their effectiveness and compliance with local laws. We provide our clients with recommendations for any necessary improvements, which assists in reducing waste removal fees. We then work with management to implement changes, create appropriate instructional materials for training staff and tenants and post legally required signs in maintenance areas. Waste surveys are performed on a regular basis, and we can provide feedback reports based on our clients` needs.
