Mountain Grout Flexible is a low viscosity hydrophobic polyurethane formulation. The system is comprised of a base resin along with an accelerator component. Flexible is typically used to repair cracks or failed joints in concrete structures. Flexible is also used in tunneling and mining operations to seal fractures in rock formations. Mountain Grout Accelerator is used by the experienced installer to manipulate the reaction profile as warranted by job site conditions. Being a hydrophobic formulation, when reacted with minimal amounts of water, the resulting foam will maintain its physical form and not be subject to shrinkage due to wet/dry cycles. Flexible produces a closed cell polyurethane grout.

Mountain Grout HL-100 is a low viscosity hydrophobic polyurethane formulation. The system is comprised of a base resin along with an accelerator component.  HL-100 is typically used to repair hairline cracks in concrete structures. The system may also be used to stabilize soils. Mountain Grout Accelerator is used by the experienced installer to manipulate the reaction profile a warranted by job site conditions. Being a hydrophobic formulation, when reacted with minimal amounts of water, the resulting foam will maintain its physical form and not be subject to shrinkage due to wet/dry cycles. HL-100 produces a closed cell polyurethane grout.

Mountain Grout P.LU.G.S. QuickDraw is Mountain Grout ISP packaged in a convenient 300mL x 300ml_ dual cartridge. Mountain Grout P.LU.G.S. QuickDraw is a two-component polyurethane system that contains no volatile, ozone depleting or hazardous blowing agents. When properly mixed at a ratio of one to one. the system will expand to approximately 25 times its initial volume to create a rigid, closed cell foam with high physical properties, resistance to water and chemical attack and long term durability. The fast reactivity of the system is used to stop high water flows. Each case contains six 300mL x 300ml_ dual cartridges and six static mixers. Extra static mixers are available for purchase.

FLEX-FILL is a 100% solids, two-part epoxy joint filler specifically formulated to meet the punishing demands of today`s industrial floors. FLEX-FILL is used to fill and repair joints and cracks subjected to hard wheeled traffic and will provide for a flexible and durable surface. FLEX-FILL is flexible and resilient and will help protect floor cracks, saw-cut and control joints from cracking or spading of the joint edges. FLEX-FILL can also be mixed with sand and applied as a coating for a resilient non-skid surface.

MG05 is a 100% solids, two component, structural epoxy used to bond plastic concrete to hardened concrete. MG05 is moisture insensitive and will not shrink during or after it has cured. MG05 contains unique wetting agents, which penetrate the pores of hardened concrete to produce a superior bond. MG05 can be utilized as a primer coat prior to applying a floor coating system. MG05 can be mixed with dry silica sand to produce an excellent wear resistant, patching mortar for large cracks or spalled concrete. Mix MG05 with decorative stone for an exterior patio/walkway coating.

MG09 is a 100% solids, two component, moisture insensitive epoxy adhesive. MG09 is polysulfide free, to bond to new concrete, sound hardened concrete and many other porous substrates. MG09 permanently bonds to concrete, steel and timber to provide a high strength, structurally sound patch. MG09 is a non-sag, thixotropic formula designed for horizontal, vertical and overhead applications. MG09 is a multi-purpose gel commonly used to seal mortar joints in block foundations, structurally seal non-leaking cracks in walls, floors and ceilings, repair spalls, mount ports and seal cracks prior to injection. In addition, MG09 can be utilized as a pickproof sealant around windows, doors, and lock-ups, etc. in correctional facilities.

MG14 is a 100% solids, two-component, structural epoxy for use in anchoring threaded rod. bolts, reinforcing bars and smooth dowels to solid concrete.  MG14 is moisture insensitive and will bond to wet or dry surfaces. MG14 is a thixotropic, amine-based adhesive that exhibits excellent adhesion to concrete, as well as, fast setting characteristics. MG14 can be used vertically, horizontally or with screen tubes for anchoring in hollow masonry walls.

Acrylate is a fast-reacting, low viscosity, polymer used to seal water leaks in concrete structures and to stabilize soils. This product utilizes environmentally safe acrylic resins in conjunction with catalysts and accelerators. The system is typically pumped at a ratio of 1:1 when controlling active water leaks and at higher ratios with water when ultra-low viscosity is needed to penetrate fine soil particles. At a 1:1 ratio, the resulting product is a flexible elastomer. At a higher ratio of water to resin, a pliable gel results.
