GRT Darma - External Pantograph Suction Arms With Balancing Springs
External pantograph arms with balancing springs and frictions on joints. The GBM suction arms are equipped with pantographs on the part that is fastened to the shelf and are characterised by good strength and a good capacity to maintain the position. The 2GBM series is equipped with a pair of pantographs while the 4GBM series uses two pairs of pantographs which make it more suitable in the case of heavy use.
GRT Darma - Painting Cabin
Painting cabin designed for the dry filtering of paint fumes. The series GVS painting cabins carry out the dry filtering of paint fumes. The suction vent is positioned on the roof of the cabin, while the suction unit can be positioned on the roof or on the ground. The cabins are complete with electric panel, lights and differential pressure switch for signalling the degree of blockage of the filters. Filter designed for operations that generate Volatile Organic Substances. The GCC Carbon active cartridge filter is used to eliminate VOS that can be absorbed by active carbons. Filtration stage 1: Stiff pocket filters with F6 efficiency (EN 779) used as pre-filters to protect the carbons against dust Filtration stage 2: Rectangular cartridges 350 x 500 mm h=1000 mm. With handles for manoeuvring with a forklift. Carbon septum thickness s=100 mm.
GRT Darma - Sleeve Filters Used to Eliminate the Dust
Filter with automatic cleaning to prolong the suction action. The GMPg Sleeve Filter is used to eliminate the dust. The dust is eliminated via a worm and a star valve. The worm emptying outlet can be positioned centrally or laterally. The sleeve cleaning system is automatic and uses compressed air jets in counter-current with an electronic control unit to vary the frequency of the cleaning jets depending on the effective degree of blockage of the sleeves, allowing savings on air and increasing the life of the sleeves.

The dust is removed in a container on a trolley or through a star valve. GRT Darma - Active Carbon Filters
Filter designed for operations that generate Volatile Organic Substances. Active carbon Filter for VOS and substances that are easily absorbed by active carbons. The filter envisages a filtering septum with a thickness of 510 mm that makes it possible to obtain quite high contact times. The carbons are loaded from the roof through a hatch whitch releases the whole filtering section. They are emptied via a rotocell. An anti-explosion hatch is fitted in the two chambers, clean air and dirty air.
GRT Darma - Pocket Bag Filters
Filter designers for processes that generate fumes with oily micro drops. The GOT Pocket filter is used to eliminate oily fumes deriving from rectification, turning, milling and the removal of shavings in general. It is also suitable for various kinds of fumes, where the dimension of the micro drops is not excessively small. Filtration stage 1: Decanting and oil collection tank Filtration stage 2: Drift eliminator. GRT Darma - Pocket Filtering for Welding Fumes
Filter designed for operations that generate fumes or dust that is not fine. The GST Pocket filter is used to eliminate fumes deriving from welding operations or in cases where the concentration of dust is low and the granulometry is not too fine. Filtration stage 1: Metallic sheath filters with galvanised steel frame. They are used as pre-filters for particles with larger granulometry and perform an anti-spark action. Filtration stage 2: Final pocket filters in glass micro fibre fabric with galvanised steel frame.
