Membrane Base Materials

Reverse osmosis membrane is made from three different layers of materials, polyester nonwoven fabrics (skeleton supporting layer), Polysulfone layer (loose supporting layer) and aromatic polyamide (reverse osmosis layer).

Spunbonded Nonwovens Polyester (PET)

Baohong built two production lines of polyester (PET) spunbonded nonwovens in 2001and 2004, maximum width is 3.4m, minimum weight is 15g/, maximum weight is 260g/. We use German calendar. We have almost 20 years of technical storage and production experience. We can produce PET base materials, anti-bacterial materials and PLA materials.

Polyester (PET) Special Functional Materials

Baohong has four special functional after-treatment production lines. We can make special functional treatment such as coating, dipping, laminating, composition, heat-setting, powder coating, etc.

Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) Materials

In 2007, we set up the project to develop and research “Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) Spunbonded Needle Punched + Spunlace Production Technology” under the guidance of Baohong’s cademician workshop. The equipment and technology were designed by our company. In 2011, we completed the production line and passed the expert appraisal, and evaluated the project as “Integration Innovation, International Origination”. Due to its unique production mode, the product has gradient filtration characteristics, high efficiency, low resistance, wear resistance and other characteristics.

Ultrafine and Ultrashort Fibers

The project is a new product developed on the basis of “Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) Spunbonded Needle Punched + Spunlace Production Technology”, mainly producing polyphenylene sulfide and PET ultrafine and ultrashort fibers.

Environmental Protection Equipment

We take “Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) Spunbonded Needle Punched + Spunlace Filter Media” as the core, researching and developing the complete sets of technology and equipment for smoke treatment and contracting construction. Projects undertaken by us can reduce dust emission less than 5mg/ m3.
