The system produce hypochlorous acid (HCLO) with pH (3~8), redox potential (ORP value +800mv or more) and available chlorine (up to 800ppm), also produce sodium hydroxide (NaOH) with PH (10~12), redox potential(ORP value -800~900 mv).

The machine produce alkali water by direct electric current electrolysis in its Made-in-Japan membrane electrolytic cell. Pure water will be delivered into the electrolytic cell for electrolysis, the positive ion will pass through the membrane while negative ion is blocked and kept in the Cathode room, and mix with the OH- in cathode room, makes the PH raise above 12.

When waste water passes through the magnetic field area at a certain flow rate, the paramagnetic water molecules are rearranged according to the direction of the magnetic field lines, thus changing the binding state of dissolved and colloidal organic pollutants and water molecules in the  waste water, and balance of water molecular groups is broken.
