Siedon specializes in the production of EPS foam compactor. The medium-sized Styrofoam compactor is a mechanical environmental protection equipment that kneads the foamed plastics according to the principle of pressure generated by the spiral rotation, and performs cold pressing and compression processing on them. When in use, the operator only needs to put the foam into the hopper, and the equipment will shred and crush the tissue to smash and screw the foam, and then form a square foam compression block after being processed by the screw mechanism.

The disposal of food waste:firstly, the collected food waste is crushed by a two-shaft-shredder, then the material is separated to solid and liquid through a food waste dewatering machine. The solid phase material obtained by extrusion is performed grease separation, and then subjected to a transfatting reaction at an appropriate temperature, and washed to obtain biodiesel. For the remaining materials after oil and fat separation, anaerobic fermentation can be obtained in a closed container to obtain biogas. The biogas residue obtained after anaerobic fermentation can be used for composting or direct landfill.
The main mechanism and the working principle of the organic waste depackaging and separating system is as follows:
a helical blade shaft is arranged in a vertical crushing cylinder cavity with meshes; when in operation, after the kitchen waste/kitchen waste is conveyed into the crushing cylinder cavity, the kitchen waste/food waste which has less fiber and is easy to be cut off and broken is cut into pulp by a rotating knife on the helical blade shaft which operates at a high speed and flows out of the crushing cylinder cavity through the meshes on the cylinder cavity, Inorganic substances larger than the mesh diameter of the screen are discharged.
