GHOPTO - Model GH-SW640 InGaAs - VGA Area Sensor
GH-SW640 InGaAs area image sensors are two-dimensional image sensors that have a hybrid structure consisting of a CMOS readout circuit (ROIC: readout integrated circuit) and back-illuminated InGaAs photodiodes for short wavelength infrared (SWIR, 900nm-1700nm) and extended wavelength infrared (Vis-SWIR, 400nm-1700nm) regions.

GHOPTO - Model GH-SW640Pro-CL2 - Self-Developed SWIR Camera

The SWIR Camera series feature a 640 x 512 pixel InGaAs focal plane array (FPA) with a pitch of 15μm. The camera operates in the 900nm – 1700nm wavelength range, which covers the SWIR region of the spectrum. The product has the characteristics of small size, high reliability and excellent environmental adaptability. The product adopts USB3.0 or CameraLink interface , and users can integrate it into the application system quickly and easily.

GHOPTO - Model GH-SW1280-Gnet - High-Resolution SWIR Camera
The first domestic high-resolution SWIR camera independently developed and designed by GHOPTO has a resolution of 1280×1024 pixels, 15μm pixel pitch, and high-sensitivity detection capability in the 900nm-1700nm band, which can provide high-definition images in this band. The camera has TE Cooler built in, has lower dark current, and the readout noise is as low as 40e-. In addition, the camera has a variety of gain modes and non-uniformity correction, which can improve high-definition images in low light condition at night, and can also image through fog and haze. Small in size and light in weight, it is easy to integrate in surveillance systems such as UAV, ships, and airborne optoelectronic pods. It is widely used in various fields such as wafer inspection, surveillance, and hyperspectral imaging.
