H2O Degree products

The H2O Degree T1000 Smart Thermostat is a wireless networked thermostat. This thermostat is simple to install and is a direct replacement for many 24 VAC based thermostats. The T1000 maintains local HVAC control, even if network communication is lost. The smart thermostat communicates with the H2O Degree Gateway wirelessly then connects to the H2O Degree Server in the cloud. Property managers can view all their thermostats, set-points and temperature readings through the H2O  dashboards and make adjustments to all units or individually. The tenants can be given access to their individual thermostat through a web-based portal or mobile application.

The H2O Degree LS4001 is a tiny and mighty leakage detection sensor for detecting the presence of water leaks and transmits an alarm using LoRaWAN wireless technology. With this low power consumption technology, the LS4001 can work up to 5 years with a 590 mAh battery. Compliant with H2O Degree’s wireless LoRaWAN network, it can seamlessly integrate and link with other H2O degree devices to realize danger prevention and effectively prevent unnecessary loss. The wire-free LS4001 can be easily used in smart offices, buildings and houses. Users can receive real-time alarms via the built-in buzzer locally, and a mobile App remotely. Combining with H2O Degree’s LoRaWAN gateway and H2O IoT cloud, users can manage all sensor data remotely and visually.

WM-2100 Cold or Hot Water Meter LoRaWAN Enabled 3/4″ Single Jet Meter with Electronic Register. The H20 Degree WM-2100 is LoRaWAN enabled single-jet hot or cold water meter and works with the H2O Degree wireless systems. The WM-2100 water meter is designed with an electronic register for multi-family residential and retail/commer-cial facilities.

WM-2200 Cold or Hot Water Meter LoRaWAN Enabled 1″ & 1.5″ Multi Jet Meter with Electronic Register. The H20 Degree WM-2200 is LoRaWAN enabled single-jet hot or cold water meter and works with the H2O Degree wireless systems. The WM-2200 water meter is designed with an electronic register for multi-family residential and retail/commercial applications for water consumption monitoring and  identification of critical events.

The H2O Degree M54120 Battery Powered Water Meter monitors and records water consumption for tenant billing and leak detection principally in the multi-family housing industry. The meter not only monitors usage in gallons, it also records the number of events (such as every time a toilet flushes), duration of events in gallons and time along with temperature. This provides highly accurate leak detection for the entire apartment down to individual appliances such as toilets and showers. H2O Degree can provide a daily automated leak detection report to its clients.

The H2O Degree M54122 Line Powered Water Meter monitors and records water consumption for tenant billing and leak detection principally in the multi-family housing industry. The M54122 Line Powered Water Meter can be used for either new or retrofit projects and is used for POE (Point-Of-Entry) installation.

The H2O Degree WM-1000C Cold Water Meter is a flexible axis pulse equipped cold water meter that is compatible with the H2O Degree wireless pulse counter. These quiet and accurate meters fit inside challenging installation locations including between studs, under counters, along pipes and against walls. Regardless of pipe angle, the meters are designed so that the measuring chamber can always be positioned horizontally for maximum performance and accuracy. This meter provides leak detection for the entire apartment based on one pulse per gallon meter reads.

The H2O Degree M5411x Temperature/Humidity Sensor monitors, records and transmits the current temperature and the M54110 module monitors, records and transmits the current temperature and humidity information to the H2O Degree wireless mesh network. The M5411x Temperature/Humidity Sensor can be used on either new or retrofit installations where temperature and humidity data monitoring is required.

The H2O Degree GM0500 Diaphragm Gas Meter is made to accurately measure gas appliances in submetering applications. The meter is a positive displacement non-temperature compensated diaphragm type gas meter made of die cast aluminum-alloy and surface treated with epoxy polyester powder. This meter is suitable for applications where reliability and pulse output is desired.

The RTD1004 outlet temperature probe is a sensor used to measure temperature by correlating the resistance of the RTD element with temperature. The RTD1004 is a platinum RTD probe that has a stainless steel, 9/16” Hex housing with 2 foot long wires.
