MODEL OB-10-T is a compact unit, developed and designed at the request of drillers who need an economical, high speed rotary that will handle servicing jobs to 7,000 ft. or drill to 2,200 ft. with ease.

Our Engineering Department will be more than glad to work with you in meeting your requirements. MODEL B-1200 is a low, flat, all steel designed rotary engineered for easy mounting and rugged use. It has spiral bevel steel gears, machine cut and heat treated. The table has a full 12` opening with API taper and uses all standard slips. It is mounted on heavy-duty roller bearings. Pinion shaft has heavy-duty tapered bearings. All gears and bearings operate in oil bath with slush-proof double oil seal on table. Drilling capacity up to 3500` with 4 1/2` drill pipe. Skid mounted if desired. Readily replaces rotary on most water well rigs.

MODEL A-15-T is a 15 1/4` opening, extra heavy duty oilbath API rotary. Recommended for drilling to 8,000 ft. with 31/2` drill pipe or servicing wells to 15,000 ft. The main table bearing is a race hardened and ground ball thrust bearing and the upthrust bearing is a hardened and ground, shielded upthrust ball bearing.

MODEL 17.5 is a heavy duty rotary table designed to take 41/2" drill pipe down to 12,000 ft. Features include high quality bearings on the pinion shaft as well as angular ball thrust bearings serving as the main and upthrust bearing. The spiral ring and pinion gears are heat treated and lapped. The pinion shaft also has an adjustable locking device. The 17.5 table can be furnished with 44" through 531/4" centers.

MODEL 27.5 is Hacker's largest rotary table. It incorporates the same tough components and superior design as the rest of the Hacker line. Power is transmitted through heat treated and lapped spiral gears. It has a heat treated pinion shaft, heavy duty pinion shaft bearings and adjustable pinion shaft locking assembly. Main and upthrust bearings are angular ball thrust type. Each 27.5 table is furnished with 531/4" centers and can drill to 18,000 ft.

Roller Kelly Bushings, manufactured by Hacker International, are designed and built to stand up to the most rugged oilfield conditions. Dimensions and Sizes are available upon request. Master Bushings are available for 17 1/2” to 27 1/2” rotary tables. At Hacker International we are dedicated to providing our customers with a quality product at a fair price. 

HACKER MODEL PD SWIVEL is designed for rigs equipped with chain or cable pull down means for use in geophysical and water well drilling.  The swivel is fabricated of high grade alloy steel and engineered for ease of service and long life. Built to strenuous standards and using the best materials available, the swivel has three upper and three lower ball bearings. A bearing adjustment nut is standard. The capacity of the swivel is increased 25% by the use of six bearings.  Maintenance and service of the Hacker Model PD Swivel is made easy by the use of one packing ring and an easily removed packing retainer nut.

HACKER 50-TON SWIVEL MODEL H-50 is used extensively for clean-out and rework jobs by well contractors. It is precision-built of the highest grade materials by men who know the tough requirements of the job to be done at the well.  Unconditionally guaranteed against defective material and workmanship.

HACKER DRILL PIPE TOOL JOINTS are manufactured from 2-3/8" thru 7" from 4142/4145 heat-treated alloy steel. These are available in three types, threaded screw-on type, counter-bore weld type, and flash or inertia weld type.  Hacker Tool Joints are micro control cut on special computerized machines, programmed for 13 to 24 operations, and have an accuracy of .0015". Each thread gets a dual control cut. A rough cut first, then a mirror finish micro-control cut, all under a flood of coolant to eliminate any possibility of distortion.
