Hadron - Air Mixing Rig
To assist the UK Water Industry, Hadron Engineering has developed an alternative to paddle mixing and designed a unique air mixing rig, one that provides a measured air flow to the chemical dosing process. The HE Ferric Mixing Rig is supplied with a controller and where required, can be interfaced with most telemetry systems, providing maximum control and optimisation.

Hadron - Truck Blowers
These blowers are mounted on lorries or trailers and used for pneumatic transport of granules, powders, meal and pollard etc. Mostly used in the agriculture, building and food industries, the required output capacity usually is within the range of 500-800 m3/h, and the operating pressure difference of up to 800 mbar. VR Blowers are designed for horizontal or vertical airflow. For horizontal airflow the blower may be suspended from the vehicle chassis by side plates bolted to the port faces. For vertical airflow, the blower can be platform mounted on either port face. They can be driven clockwise or anti-clockwise and are suitable for direct pure torque drive throughout the performance range or vee belt drive up to 45kW. Twin drive shafts are provided to allow scope for the correct alignment of the main driving shaft from the vehicle power take-off.
Hadron - Turbo Blowers
Hadron Engineering supply high speed HT Turbo Blowers incorporate the latest technology of high precision aerodynamic impeller, highly efficient and durable PMS motor and air foil bearings. The HT turbo blower offers significant energy savings in systems demanding large air flows compared to a positive displacement blower. This energy saving along with low noise, ease of maintenance and installation makes the turbo blower the ideal alternative to a conventional roots type blower.
Hadron - Bare-Shaft Blower for Air Flow Applications
Air flows are available from 20m3/h, all the way up to 10,000m3/h at pressures up to 1 bar. The HB roots type bare-shaft blower incorporates the latest blower designs and have the use of oil at both ends. The casing is constructed of cast iron and ribbed to ensure adequate heat dispersal and increased rigidity. All rotors are dynamically balanced which reduces vibration, wear and tear on the bearings and eliminates stress fractures on the silencers.

Our range of Side Channel Blower Pumps are developed, controlled and manufactured to the highest quality by FPZ SpA in Italy. This range of Side Channel Blower Pumps aims to rival other EU manufacturers and in many instances, they are inter-changeable with the Siemens 2BH, G Series pumps.
