The auto bagger unit model 10-50; is a unique fill by weight bagging unit and is a key component in fast and accurate pre-pack production lines and provides maximum efficient output. The auto bagger unit, model 10-50 is specially designed to fill a wide range of aggregates, granular or fibrous materials into open mouthed bags and other containers. Throughput is up to 500 bags per hour and is trade approved for fill by weight between 10kg and 50 kg.

A full range of machinery is available with splitting forces from 10 to 150 tonnes. These machines can be fitted with automatic belt feeders for semi-automatic operation or gravity roller tables for universal operation.

These machines are bespoke designed to stack, de-stack or transfer bricks, blocks or stone within an automated plant, with either 2 or 4 side clamping and any load capacity.

Two types of Block Turnover units are available, these are the star wheel which is used for blocks or a side clamp tippler turnover that is used for edged stack slabs.

Designed to suit a wide range of applications, Haith bulk feeders are used to feed materials at a controlled rate into a processing system. Available in both mobile and static form, from 1 to 4 metres wide. They have a loading capacity of up to 50 tonne, whilst the material is conveyed on either a rubber belt or steel slat beds depending on the material being conveyed. Both conveying medians are supported and driven by heavy duty roller conveyor chains, high torque gearboxes with inverter driven motors. Machines are built in mild steel in either painted or hot dip galvanised finish or stainless steel.

Water separation system for the removal of stones, metal and any heavy material from a plastic or wood waste stream. A centre paddle allows controlled flow of waste through the system.

We manufacture a full range of elevators and conveyors in belt widths from 450mm to 2 metres wide, flat, fully troughed, semi-troughed modular design.

Haith trommel screens are available for any size and length but the standard machine is a 1200mm diameter barrel x 4 metres long. Fitted with 40mm screens these are bolted onto the barrel so the machine can grade the products into sizes. The barrel is supported on belts and suspended from a line shaft and drive pulleys above the barrel. This design keeps the drive system out of the dirt so there are fewer problems with bearings, etc. This type of drive eliminates any drive slippage. This type of drive has been utilised in most of the barrel systems that we have manufactured over the past 50 years.

Haith have built a number of Activated Sludge Plants as part of complete systems. These are designed to reduce the biological waste in the water from a given process factory.

The Haith Auto Sampler 3-60 is a fully automatic flocculent dosing sampler and control system. Housed in a self contained unit it is designed to fit or retro fit any water treatment system-automatically monitoring solids in the water stream.
