HALO - Defender

Whole Home PFAS, PFOA and PFOS Protection; HALO Defender is certified to NSF/ANSI Standards for the reduction of Lead, PFAS, Cysts, and Chlorine. This system is rated for whole home point of entry applications with certified continuous flow rates up to 4 gpm (15 lpm) and has a filter cartridge lifespan of up to 84,480 gallons for lead, PFAS, and chlorine.  If higher flow rates or capacities are required, multiple systems can be installed in parallel.

Conditioning & Softening

HALO - Highly Filtered Super Soft Combo

Super Soft Filtration & Hard Water Treatment; The HALO Highly Filtered Super Soft Combo is the ultimate hard water filtration solution.  This system combines the HALO 5’s high efficiency filtration and conditioning with the CK10 softener for a silky soft chlorine free experience throughout the whole house.

HALO - Water Softener (Ion Exchange)

The mineral within water cling to the resin beads and the now-softened water exits the softener tank and flows throughout the house.  During regeneration, salty water from the brine tank flows up the fill tube and into the softener tank. A rinse cycle commences and the salty water washes the mineral deposits off the resin beads.

Disinfecting & Sterilizing

HALO - Ultraviolet Sterilization Systems

UV sterilization is an environmentally friendly alternative to chlorine disinfection and has no disinfection byproducts, essentially trouble-free. UV sterilization works night and day, 24/7. Water flows through the system without the need for a holding tank or reaction times. UV is more effective than chlorine or chloramines with low electrical needs. UV is one of only 4 methods approved for disinfection by US Food & Drug Administration (FDA). The UV purification process does not waste any water. Note: UV light is only able to eliminate microorganisms in water. UV technology does not remove any other contaminants from water such as heavy metals, salts, chlorine or man-made substances like petroleum products or pharmaceuticals. Other filtration methods should be employed with UV to ensure that all contaminants are removed from the water. Chemical disinfection methods (such as chlorine) change the taste & odor of water and produce byproducts, UV does not.
