Listed for Europe – The Capture Bar technology has been designed to solve the challenge of ineffective smoke capture on existing front cooking areas. It is also used for new front cooking areas to complement Capture Jet™ hoods in sensible configurations. The Capture Bar is based on Halton’s patented Capture Jet™ technology which is incorporated in a slim plenum surrounding the front and sides of the cooking appliances. It straightens and aids the convective plume and effluents to rise up without dispersing towards the hood.

Its flat and modular design makes it a suitable solution for all types of kitchens, especially open ones.

The Halton model KCD Kitchen Ceiling Diffuser provides for a high volume of supply air ideally within 2 feet of the hood(s) or flush-mounted with the hood without disrupting the hood performance. Tested performance of supply air discharge ensures that airflow, pressure drop, and N.C. specifications are met. The KCD diffusers work in concert with Halton VAV boxes and airflow measuring stations, combined with M.A.R.V.E.L.+ control system to provide an integrated Demand Based variable volume exhaust and supply package with zone control for commercial kitchens.
