Custom or modular? Do you have your own ideas about your exhibition stand? We can design a concept tailored to your needs, for an individual and striking presentation, and support you in implementation. Alternatively, you may opt for a modular stand. We offer a range of hire systems from “Basic” to “Luxury”, which you can put together in accordance with your individual needs. Or just book the “Easy Package”, and we will look after complete handling of your stand from planning to end-of-exhibition cleaning.

The Hamburg Fair site is right up front in terms of functionality and flexibility, with state-of-the-art halls designed for a wide range of different fairs, exhibitions and events. Organisers and exhibitors benefit from efficient processes and low cost. Ceilings are largely free of pillars, giving plenty of design freedom, and permitting suspension of heavy loads. Every hall has excellent access facilities through at least one gate. Large logistics yards are available to reduce assembly and disassembly times. Parking spaces are available next to and below the exhibition halls. There are four separate visitor entrances, so that a number of events can be held in parallel at the Fair site.

There are plenty of advertising opportunities at and around the Fair site. We can offer you high-impact indoor and outdoor advertising spaces in the entrance areas and throughout the site. You can gain attention by flags, megaposters, outdoor posters and striking ads that will stop visitors in their tracks. We put up signs for you where it is meaningful, comprehensible and logical. We can handle the whole process – layout, production, installation. And of course we can do that for your exhibitors, too.

Our experienced catering partner, Stockheim GmbH, provides comprehensive and professional food and beverage service for exhibitors and visitors.

There are about 60 hotels of all price categories and standards within walking distance of the Hamburg Messe site.

To make the investment in participation at a fair worthwhile, it is vital for the employees of exhibiting companies to know what can be achieved at a Fair, and to make full use of the potentials. Many exhibitors have recognised that, and are looking for suitable further education programmes for their employees. That is why the service managers of German trade fair organisers have set up a seminar alliance. The contents of all events are the same, wherever they are held in Germany, from Hamburg to Munich. A unique feature of these seminars is that they bring together exhibitors from all fair sites. Regardless of where a company wishes to exhibit, it can send its staff to the trade fair site that is nearest to its own location.

Plan your visit in advanceWe will send you te complete electronic exibitor directory in good time before te beginning of an event (about four weeks before te start). Our exibitor directories include extensive searc and display functions, and also a bookmarking list and Exibition Planner function. You can use tat to collect te exibitors tat you want to visit and subsequently make a print-out.
