Lateral CIPP

HammerHead - LED CIPP Lining System

The Bluelight LED CIPP lining system for laterals and small drain pipes is the most advanced light-curing system available. The innovative technology empowers CIPP lining pros by alleviating the time pressures of other CIPP systems. The specially formulated resin only cures under light in the “blue” wavelength, giving installers a significantly longer working time between liner wet-out and curing. Once installed, the automated curing system pulls the LED light head through the liner, curing the resin almost instantly — up to five times faster than other methods. Instead of waiting hours for the liner to cure, a 50-foot sewer line could be fully cured in under 12 minutes. With 500 systems in the field and millions of feet installed worldwide, the Bluelight LED lining system is a proven solution for lateral rehab.

HammerHead - Curing System

Dealing with the extra hoses and components of some hot-water curing systems can be cumbersome and awkward. That’s why we designed the HammerHead® HeatWave—an all-in-one, easy-to-use hot-water curing system. The boiler, pump and all controls are fully integrated in a single unit. That means you have less to tote around, fewer hoses to hook up, and less to clutter up your worksite. Its smaller footprint also makes it easier to work in tighter spaces. For working with larger diameter liners, the unit features larger hoses than previous systems for faster fills and more efficient, even heating in longer runs up to 12 inches in diameter.

HammerHead - Lateral Liners

Hammerhead Trenchless carries seven types of liners for CIPP applications to best meet customer needs, unique projects and curing methods. Our Liners are constructed of the highest quality material for reliable and consistent installation. Our liner and resin systems are compliant with industry installation standards including ASTM F1216 – Standard practice for rehabilitation of existing pipelines and conduits by the inversion and curing of resin-impregnated tube, Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC), International Plumbing Code (IPC), NSF International (NSF14), IAPMO, and ICC-ES.f time and unlike lining the new pipe can be the same size or even a size larger that the old pipe.
