Ensuring plant and equipment has been maintained and is fit for use is essential for the safety of operators and neighbouring workers. Keeping track of every piece of plant on a large site can be complicated. The Plant and Equipment module takes control of this process, making it simpler to monitor all plant and equipment on-site.

The free Subcontractor portal allows for on-site and office representatives to manage their team within HammerTech. Subcontractor representatives can perform a range of tasks including applying for permits, submitting JHAs, raising safety observations, managing site diary, updating company insurances and personnel information, and so much more.

Record Injuries & Incidents within one centralized database with photographs, attachments and customizable fields. Document findings at any point in the investigation and easily share your findings with team members. HammerTech automatically calculates hours worked without LTI`s/MTI`s and generated reporting shows metrics for types and extent of incidents and injuries to help inform improved practises.

Issue permits to work and manage contractor applications through centralized project permit registers; including hot works, working at heights, confined space, etc. Bookings allows for the scheduling of designated zones for deliveries, crane work, etc. Site management can configure work zones, which can be booked for use by subcontractors. Prestart and finish checklists can be created for each permit type, and inspections done while the permit is active will automatically be associated to the permit for seamless record-keeping.

The Meetings module allows users to create project, or employer specific meetings with features like agendas, issue reporting, and attendance tracking. Workers can sign off on the meeting and receive a copy of the meeting to ensure all team members focus on the same daily goal.
