In the blast furnace smelting process, blast furnace gas is the emission gas from top stack through dedusting, filtering and purging. As a byproduct material in the blast furnace process, blast furnace gas is flammable and explosive. Therefore, on line monitoring system is required in the production process to ensure the production safety.

Steelmaking process is a big consumer of energy. Converter steelmaking will produce a lot of coal gas which contains 60%-70% CO. It is very important to recycle the coal gas in steelmaking process. A method for purifying and recycling coal gas is wet dedusting. The limitation of this method will left high dust content in the coal gas after processing. In order to make use of this gas, two dust remover needed to be set to remove dust on the back side. Through online monitoring by gas analyzer after treatment, the flue gas can be recycled when it meets recycling requirements to reduce energy consumption and recycle development.
The other way to purify and recycle coal gas is dry dedusting. Compared with wet dedusting, dry dedusting has higher purifying efficiency with no secondary pollution and sewage processing; higher coal gas calorific value and recycling dust can be used directly to save energy. Therefore, dry dedusting method has higher economic and environmental benefits.
In the process of coal-fired power generation, pulverized coal is heated by Pulverized Fired Boiler with high temperature, and fly ash is sent out with flue gas and collected by dust collector. Fly ash is typical industrial solid waste in the process of coal-fired power generation. The main component of fly ash is alumina oxide which accounts for 15%-46%. Soda-lime sintering process which has been widely used at home and abroad is main method to extract aluminum on fly ash. It would optimize calcination process control and reduce emission by installing online gas monitoring system.

In the manufacturing process, waste gas containing chlorine in raw material may pollute environment It is necessary to monitor gas components to control process safety, increase production efficiency and protect process equipment in the Chlor-Alkali industry.
