PRECISELY CONSTRUCTED BALL VALVES FOR HEAVY COMMERCIAL USE. The heart of our patented ball valves is their ceramic core. Ceramic provides the reliability and excellent sealing properties of soft seal valves, but have the environmental and durability advantages of a hard seal. Ceramic cores offer incredibly low torque operation, with no change in torque over time. These hermetically-sealed valves have extremely high resistance to corrosion, abrasion, and chemicals. They can stand up to the toughest water treatment challenges. The ball cores and seats are precisely ground in pair to ensure zero leakage. Ball valves from Hankscraft Runxin come in various actuation styles including manual, pneumatic, and electronic. They are constructed with a variety of housing materials to meet the most demanding requirements, such as UPVC, PPO, and stainless steel. Connections can be configured for threads, flanges, UPVS, and more.

Our RevV20 Commercial Valve is a high-capacity, single tank valve for heavier usage applications. It is incredibly resistant against corrosion and features durable seals that make it virtually leakproof. The valve’s LED screen is easy to program and has memory functions to preserve settings even after being powered off. It also has a lockout function to disable the keypad after 1 minute, as well as a one-touch button to start a manual regeneration process when needed. All parameters of the system can be modified, pending water quality and usage levels fall within its thresholds. It also has an interlock feature to ensure that systems running in parallel will not regenerate at the same time and a signal output connector on the main board to connect and control external devices. The RevV20 can be configured for “by day” or “by hour” service levels for optimum efficiency and less water/salt consumption. All ceramic components are guaranteed for life.

Hankscraft Runxin’s RevV4 Softening Systems are designed with high flow rates to handle most residential or light commercial applications. These systems are certified by IAPMO to NSF/ANSI Standard 44 for structural integrity, material safety, and performance verification, as well as NSF/ANSI Standard 372 to meet the lead content requirements for “lead-free” plumbing as stated in the U.S. Safe Drinking Water Act. They feature innovative, patented ceramic discs that are abrasion and corrosion resistant, extending the life of the valve and significantly reducing maintenance costs. The systems also use high quality, crosslink resin for exceptional longevity.

These softeners are a single tank, compact design. Like all Hankscraft Runxin softeners, these can be private labeled and made in many different custom colors. These cabinets come in two compact sizes for units with limited space. The C series cabinets offer tool free installation and convenient operation. All models come with meter or time clock regeneration options and only use food grade softening resin. The control valves on these cabinets come ready for long-term memory including multiple, programmable efficiency settings.  They also have a 72-hour memory backup in case of a power outage. When equipped with the F79 valve, our C Series cabinets can use up-flow or downflow regeneration and has settings for saving on salt and water. These units have an option for vacation mode for extended absences and automatic capacity calculation.

The H series softeners are a single tank, compact design. Like all Hankscraft Runxin softeners, these can be private labeled and made in many different custom colors. All of these cabinets feature our patented ceramic disc valve, ensuring years of reliability, and maintenance free usage. These units offer tool-free installation and convenient operation. All units come with meter or time clock regeneration options and only use food grade softening resin. These units have an option for vacation mode for extended absences and automatic capacity calculation. When these units are set up with the F116 (RevV2.5) valve, they are NSF certified. The H series cabinets come in two sizes for units with higher water usage. They also have a large top loading opening to make salt filling convenient and easy. The smaller units can fit into tight spaces with a size of 12.3” W x 18.9” D x 23.2” H. The larger size can handle over 1000 gallons of water between regenerations.
