N.F.P.A. Tie Rod Cylinders are designed to cater to medium and heavy-duty hydraulic applications with varying service pressure capabilities and mounting styles. The Series 3L is suitable for medium-duty tasks, supporting up to 1,800 psi with bores ranging from 1.50 to 6.00 inches and offering 24 mounting styles. For more rigorous demands, the Series 2H can handle pressures exceeding 3,000 psi across 22 mounting styles and bore sizes from 1.50 to 14.00 inches. The Series 3H caters to large-bore applications, rated for 3,000 psi with 7 mounting styles and bore sizes spanning 10.00 to 24.00 inches. These cylinders assure compatibility across various hydraulic systems through robust construction and a focus on standardized features, making them adept at meeting technical, operational needs across multiple industries.

Our heavy-duty hydraulic rotating cylinders provide optimum performance wherever rotation and linear actuation interface.  Applications include recoilers, uncoilers, tension reels, transfer line spindles and power chucking on machine tools. Designed up to 500 RPM , Service to 1500 psi.  Flush or Flange Mounted. Standard 4.00″ through 24.00″ bore sizes Standard 20 GPM and 45 GPM couplings. Specials up to 95 GPM couplings.

Service up to 5000 psi. 7 mounting styles, 12 bores sizes from 2.00″ to 24.00″ and 14 standard rod sizes. Metric bore and metric rod sizes are available, factory consultation required.
