CW full cone spray nozzle creates medium to coarse atomisation. The CW nozzle is a three-piece construction with a spray tip, nozzle body, and an optional integrated filter in 50 or 100 mesh. The spray tip can easily be interchanged, making it easy to adjust the flow rate if required.

Demisters - Droplet Separator

Demisters separate up to 100% of 2-5µm droplets in a gas flow. A demister consists of multiple layers of mesh fabric knitted from metal or plastic monofilaments, crimped and then assembled so that the crimps cross in successive layers forming a pad. The space between the wires is very evenly distributed throughout the demister and the surface area is extremely high per volume unit. The large volume of space in a demister means that the pressure drop is relatively low.

V7 is ideal for dust control over smaller areas and is very compact, making it easy to transport or move around on site. The V7 has a very low energy consumption (10.5 kW) and creates a throw length of 30-40 metres. The amount of water can be adjusted in three different settings in the range of 16-100 l/min. Typical applications include recycling centres, material handling, woodworking and demolition.

Hiflow - Random Packings

Hiflow Ring is a high performance random packing with high mechanical stability and very high void fraction. The strong lattice construction provides high mechanical stability together with a very high void fraction. The low weight and the mechanical stability enable the use of high packed beds without intermediate support grids. High gas and liquid flow rate capacity, extremely low pressure drop, very low wall flow and low sensitivity to pollution and fouling characterize the Hiflow Ring. By replacing conventional tower packings with Hiflow® rings, the flow rates in the existent columns can be considerably increased, or if maintaining the same flow rate the energy consumption can be significantly reduced.
