Harden Machinery Ltd. applications
As a supplier of solid waste pretreatment equipment for more than 10 years, Harden provides RDF preparation and pretreatment solutions for domestic waste. There are only three final products of the pretreatment line, which include high quality alternative fuel (RDF / SRF) with a particle size of 98% less than 60 mm, an alternative fuel based on inorganic material and recyclable metal. The whole processing process does not need manual participation and with good material compatibility for bulky waste or mattress. Shredder and sorting machines as a core equipment have the stable working performance, which guarantee the low cost of RDF preparation.
The industrial waste processing line developed by Harden can transform industrial waste into high-quality high calorific value SRF/RDF, which can be used as fuel instead of fire coal, thus realizing the conversion of waste into energy. This processing line is mainly aimed at relatively pure waste leather, commercial waste plastics and other high calorific value solid waste, for more complex waste can be equipped with screen and density air sorting machine to complete the target to be processed. High torque double shearing shredder and special single shaft shredder for SRF/RDF will be used in the system. After secondary shredding, the material size can reach 30-80 mm (based on the requirement), and the standard-reaching rate is higher than 95%.
Pre-shredding bulky waste enables loading the material compactly, which cuts transportation costs. With a smaller gain size, the waste is more efficient to process: screening and sorting can be done more accurately, and different materials are faster in their own stacks and continue to the recycling processes. Harden has launched a special shredder for bulky waste, providing the market with excellent bulky waste processing system equipped with double shaft shredder or primary shredder. The feeding mode can be selected as grab feeding, chain conveyor feeding or dumping directly from vehicle. Magnetic separator can also be equipped in the discharge side which is connected to the stock bin, compression vehicle or ordinary truck.
Harden introduced European hazardous waste shredding system in the early stage, and conducted several years of independent research and development according to cases experience. At present, there are nearly 100 successful cases of hazardous waste processing project made by Harden, including reliable hazardous waste shredder, full set of hazardous waste shredding and fire extinguishing system and full set of SMP hazardous waste processing system. Harden has an in-depth research on the details of hazardous waste system, especially the product safety, stability, sealing performance, maintenance convenience, knives strength and wear resistance and shredder structure have reached the international standard.
Harden has cooperated with paper mill customers with many successful cases and created a number of efficiency waste paper processing lines. The metal, plastic and pulp in material are separated through the shredding and recycling system, so that the metal can be reused, plastics can be used for re-granulation and pulp can be used as raw material for recycled paper, to realize the resources regeneration and protect the environment.
Organic waste accounts for about half of household waste, can be further composted by biodegradation method or anaerobic treatment to produce biogas. Due to the different size and property of kitchen waste, it has certain difficulty to handle the material at the early stage. Harden has introduced German technology to develop organic waste processing system which mainly contains spiral feeding, shredding, dehydrating, spiral discharging, fermentation, composting, etc. The volume of kitchen waste can be reduced by 5-10% after the material processed by shredding pretreatment and fermentation. Intelligent dynamic control system of spiral dehydration system developed by Harden can adjust the pressure according to the handling requirement, stabilizes the system pressure and guarantees the dehydration rate of 80%.
Medical waste refers to the polluting waste which is produced by hospitals, such as used cotton balls, cloth, tape, waste water, disposable medical equipment, disposable masks, and so on. At present, the treatment methods of medical waste mainly include the sanitary landfill method, high-temperature incineration method, microwave sterilization method, pyrolysis method, and plasma method, etc. With rich experience in medical waste treatment, the professional medical waste shredder from Harden can effectively deal with all kinds of medical waste. After shredding, the material size is homogeneous, and 95% of the material is less than 50mm, so to achieve the purpose of shredding and destruction, improving the incineration efficiency. The medical waste shredder has good sealing performance and corrosion resistance.
Waste tires are called black pollution. The accumulation of a large number of waste tires not only occupies the land but also seriously damages the environment. Because waste tires are not biodegradable, the decomposition time of tires is uncertain. At the same time, waste tires contain elements such as lead, chromium, cadmium and other heavy metals, which can pose a threat to human health and the environment if be handled and managed improperly. Long-term stacking of waste tires in the open air will not only occupy a large amount of land resource, but also easily breeds mosquito-borne disease, seriously deteriorates the natural environment and hides fire hazards. Therefore, how to deal with the surging number of waste tires has become an urgent need to solve the problem of environment and development of supporting industry.
With the rapid pace of urbanization and City Projects, the disposal of solid waste and municipal solid waste (MSW) are the major concern in the world especially in the developing countries. The improper disposal of MSW creates problems to public health and environment. Due to rise in the cost of landfill management, it is becoming extremely difficult to manage such a vast quantity of waste effectively and economically.
Kitchen waste refers to household waste which is perishable and includes organic matter, mainly including vegetable leaves, fruit skin and shell, fish bone, leftover, tea leaves, expired food, etc. Kitchen waste accounts for about half of household waste, can be further composted by biodegradation method or anaerobic treatment to produce biogas. Due to the different size and property of kitchen waste, it has certain difficulty to handle the material at the early stage.
