Harden® SG Series large-scale single shaft shredder integrates a variety of patented technologies such as intelligent built-in circular arc pressing, gap shearing, patented blade and shaft assembly design, and rapid clearance adjustment. Harden TDH series hydraulic motor driven two shaft shredders are used for heavy-duty shredding of tough materials like metals, such as aluminum profiles, metal scraps, automobile scrap, coppercable, and ragger wire of paper mill waste. The most advanced feature is that the shredder can turn forward and revers without stopping the motor at anytime. Harden TD/TDH series are heavy-duty double shaft shredder that are suitable to process all kinds of solid waste and gain recognition from customers by its powerful and stable performance. TD series are driven by electrical motors and TDH by hydraulic system. The installed power is range from 60 to 400KW. Harden owns several advanced technologies of heavy-duty double shaft shredder, including splined shaft coupling, integrated knife box assembly and so on.

Harden® TS series are medium-duty Double shaft shredder. TS series equip a single motor and gearbox. A set of transmission gear drives two shafts rotating together, TS series are compact but with a powerful core, strong shaft and blades and various operating protection. TS series are economical, batch produced with well workmanship. Each process, such as heat treatment, hardness testing, and structural flaw detection, is strict to ensure quality.

Harden TS508 medium-duty double shaft shredder is equipped with single unit motor and reducer, two sets of cutter shafts are driven to run simultaneously through reducer. This series of shredders are compact but with a powerful core, imported blades, alloy main shaft, several protections, integral speed reduction bearing pedestal, etc.

TS303 is our smallest series of two shaft shredders. The machines of this series have a compact but robust construction design. It`s powerful enough to shred usual waste from daily life and operation, like food(organic) waste and paper waste, wooden and plastic waste and etc. TS303 is very hot selling in hospital waste and kitchen waste shredding markets. Harden sells more than200 units of TS303 thanks to the good quality, durability, and easy-maintain. TS303 is a good helper for small-scale all kinds of waste recycling jobs.

Harden QS Series four shaft shredder has intelligent control system for each of shaft, which enables each shaft working with their own shredding and protection actions to increase the shredding frequency and output. Harden QS Series equipped hydraulic and electric motor combine driven system, which remains benefits, high torque and flexible control for main shaft, high efficiency and energy saving for vice shafts. QSH is excellent if heavy-duty and particle size control shredding works.

Harden large-scale hydraulic drive primary shredder is design for volume reduction of bulky waste and pre-treatment of solid waste, features powerful and stable operation and low maintenance cost. With functions of shearing, chopping, tearing and extrusion, the shredder can easily process a variety of waste such as untreated household wastes (MSW), decoration waste and industrial waste.
