The round motion machines are the ideal assembly platform for products with a limited number of individual parts and processes. Because the assembly and inspection processes are compactly arranged, this platform only requires a minimal amount of space. The assembly machine reaches high cycle rates nonetheless. The MRT rotary table machine can be set up with one or more round motion machines.

The MLT platform provides the capability to integrate many stations in the assembly machine, and to thus be able to process a large number of components. With the linear, lean setup, the material flow is clearly arranged, the feeding technology is ideally positioned and isolating technology can be used.

Numerous processes can be integrated on the MOT oval motion machine platform. So, even more complex pharmaceutical products with a large number of individual parts can be assembled. In addition to assembly and inspection processes, the assembly machine can be expanded to include dosing stations for powder, pellets or liquids, etc. Barrier technology allows for the use of a clean room.
