The standard material for our impactors is stainless steel. To keep the volume flowrate constant, critical nozzles are provided. Below measuring ranges are given in aerodynamic equivalent diameters.

We deliver metering stations for all industrial areas such as oil and gas industry, paper industry, chemistry, petrochemistry, foodstuffs industry etc. The stations are designed according to the needs of the clients, also with Ex-protection, with or without control, mobile or mounted.

We produce special valves such as pressure maintenance valves, back pressure valves and safety valves with nominal widths ranging from 1/4" up to 100 mm in various types of construction. Standard material stainless steel or plastic but special materials such as hastelloy, titanium, etc. are available as well.

All pumps can be designed in Ex, with or without revolution control. For mobile operation available with diesel engine.

All pumps can be delivered in Ex-design, for automatic with electric stroke adjustment, also possible in Ex-protection. For temperature sensitive media either heated or cooled. Pipe connection with screwed pipe joint or flange. Up to 16 metering machines of different types can be connected with one drive. Motor design standard electric, upon wish air drives resp. combustion engines.

Mechanically driven diaphragm pumps are in standard design equipped with teflon diaphragms; medium contacting parts are made of stainless steel, plastic, titanium, hastelloy, etc. In standard design with local diaphragm rupture signal.

Special design in synthetic material (e.g. plastic, Teflon), titanium, hastelloy etc. Plunger sealing: lip seal rings, packings, etc. in special design also flushed. Plunger: standard stainless steel. Special design in oxide ceramics and coated plungers.
