If requested, mechanical condition and operational performance of machinery are performed on site for customers and by service agreements. Scheduled maintenance and replacements as per conditions can reduce downtimes significantly and increase production capacity.

Providing continuous support at 365 days with a technical team of 18 experts in their respective fi elds, after sales services ensure continuous operation by reaching customers onsite soonest possible in case of any breakdown or need. The objective of the technical service department is to provide the best service as soon as possible and at a single time and keep your machinery up and running without problems. Additionally, samples collected from your process are assessed with analyses performed in our laboratories and the effi ciency and the productivity of the machines are constantly kept under control.
Maintenanece and Repair Services
In addition to reconditioning, HAUS agents also offers to perform safety service or great service overhaul to all brand of decanters to competitive prices. We offer customers the service of a high quality performed by trained service technicians. We can either use original spare parts, as specified in the service manual or parts identical with the original spare parts. This ensures customers problem free and long operation periods without unwanted downtime. We offer also service agreements tailored to customers individual needs and process optimizations on site.
