Haver Plymesh - Woven Wire Cloth Laminated Panels for Fluidization
HAVER PLYMESH are woven wire cloth laminated panels. The individual wire cloth layers are bonded together by means of a special manufacturing process. PLYMESH is a porous, sheet metal like medium for fluidization and filtration applications. These laminated panels can be made up of woven wire cloth layers with square openings or MINIMESH filter cloth specifications or a combination of both types.

Already in 1954 it was used in space within NASA’s aviation and aerospace programme. High Performance Metal Filter Cloth in a New Dimension. Where conventional filter cloths have reached their limits, MINIMESH RPD HIFLO-S opens up new dimensions for filtration. Using new weaving technology developed by Haver & Boecker, a three-dimensional pore geometry is created that offers filtration properties that have not yet been attainable with all previous woven metal filter media. These properties set new standards and make industrial filtration processes quicker, safer and more efficient.

HAVER - Trickle Tester
With the HAVER TRICKLE TESTER, a bulk material`s capability to trickle can be optimally determined. The time it takes for the material to flow though a hopper is measured. Depending on the product properties, various hoppers with different diameters may be used. The quality of a product can be checked using this approach, thus allowing detection of deviations. Differences between fresh and stored products, batch changes, different treatments, coatings or material admixtures can be qualified. Moreover, demixing effects can be determined.
Haver - Deaeration Tester
With the Haver Deaeration Tester, filling and air escape characteristics of powder-type, micro-granular, gritty and mixed products can be determined. In addition, the through-flow resistance of a product is also measured. Using a pre-defined air pressure, the air flow in a feed line or a silo can be simulated.
