Conductivity

Model P4 - Panel Mount Plug-in Level Controller

Plug in (via DIN base) level controller with close switching differential suitable for the majority of applications. Fully adjustable sensitivity between 100 ohms to 18,000 ohms. Switch selectable fail to safe operation with LED indication. Two sets of volt free changeover contacts with LED for relay operation and also a power on LED. Moulded retaining clip for secure fixing of the unit to the DIN base. High sensitivity version available to 800,000 ohms. Supply voltage 110, 230 or 24v AC. P3  version with 8 pin connection having one set of volt free contacts available.

Ultrasonic Transmitters

Hawker MiniSonda - Ultrasonic Transmitter

Range 0.4 to 8 metres. Fast response to changing liquid levels. Compact ultrasonic transmitter. IP66. Loop powered. Maintenance free. Simulation to help calibrate externally connected equipment.

Capacitance

Model FCP/4-20 - Continuous Level Measurement Probe

Continuous Monitoring. Simple Installation. No Dead Band. Robust and Reliable. Rigid Probes up to 3m Long. Cable Sensors over 3m Long. FCP2, FCP4 and FCP201 for water applications. FCP3 for oil applications.

Flexicap - Model FCP - Continuous Level Measurement Probe

The FCP capacitance probe is used with a controller such as the Flexilevel2, 990 or DM224. The choice of controller will depend on whether you want indication, retransmission, trips, simulator or linearization options. All controllers have a span and zero facility. If using a PLC then you may prefer the FCP/4-20 option.

Flexicap - Model FXL2 - Continuous Level Measurement Controller

The Flexilevel2 wall mounted controller can be used with the FCP Capacitance probes to give level indication with 4 relay trip points and a diagnostic trip monitoring the Flexicap probe. There is also an isolated retransmission. The FXL2 Flexilevel 2 provides digital indication with 4 control/alarm relays for use with loop powered transmitters, such as the Hawker Flexicap, Sondaloop, and Pressure Transmitter. It will accept most milliamp signals from self powered systems. An integral 4 button keypad and display allows the user to programme the various functions to suit the application in hand. No programming experience is necessary. Using a simple `menu` procedure calibration and mode of operation are programmed as follows.

Magicap - Model LS1 - Stand-Alone Level Control Probe

Stand alone probe with built in relay output. Temperature range from -20 deg C to +85 deg C. The LS1 is sensitive at the tip only which makes it suitable in applications where it can be contaminated such as glues, bitumen and clay or in interface applications such as aerated cement powder, oil/ water interface detection or aerated wood chip. The sensing tube is manufactured in polypropylene or is also available in Ryton PPS which is practically chemically inert. Standard insertion length is approx 100mm with fixed or adjustable lengths up to 3 metres. Supply voltage is a nominal 24 v DC or 12 v AC. 12v DC units are available to special order (LS1/12).

Magicap - Model LS8 - Stand-Alone Level Control Probe

Stand alone probe suitable for temperature of 200°C at tip. Sensing tube manufactured in Ryton PPS which is practically chemically inert. Standard insertion length is approx 100mm with extended version up to 305mm (LS8/E305). Stubby versions for use on flyash available (DA1/LS8.

Pressure

Hawker Bubbler - Continuous Level Monitoring System

The Mini Bubbler is designed for a 3 metre vessel to give continuous monitoring

Hawker - Model HPTX - Two Wire Submersible Pressure Transmitter

The HPTX23 Series is the latest generation of fully submersible 2 wire 4-20mA current output transmitters made of P.V.D.F. Having excellent chemical resistance the transmitter can be used on a wide range of aggressive liquids. The pressure sensing element consists of a robust, high accuracy, piezoresistive silicon sensor mounted in a stainless steel housing which is fully isolated from the media by a P.T.F.E. coated stainless steel diaphragm and filled with oil. The hydrostatic pressure acts on the diaphragm and is transferred through the oil onto the sensor. The sensor assembly and transmitter electronics are sealed in a P.V.D.F. housing. Electrical connection to the transmitter is via a sealed in depth cable with integral vent tube, available in either polyurethane or P.T.F.E. construction. Pressure ranges are to DIN std e.g.100,160,250,400,600mbar and 1, 1.6,2.5,4, 6, 10, 16, and 25 bar. Special customer calibrations are available abovelOOmbar.
