The HY4PRO-X-KIT is a 110V thermo-plastic pipe welder kit suitable for socket fusing pipes and fittings made of HDPE (Polyethylene), PPR (Polypropylene), PB (Polybutene) and PVDF. 110V – Fahrenheit Display – IPS Inches adapters. Ready to weld thermoplastic pipe from 1/2 in. IPS to 4 in. IPS. The pipe welding tool has a heat resistant aluminum plate with internal controller and thermocouple sensor that is programmed, adjusted and sealed for the most stable temperature. The pipe welding tool has a digital Fahrenheit screen with adjustable temperature control, ergonomic handle and voltage protection. All our socket/heating adapters (Male and Female) go through a 5-stage process, which includes sandblasting the pure aluminum, then a base coat and followed by 3 layers of teflon to reduce polymer adhesion. This all increases the durability and longevity for a quality product.
