The Hayward Gordon XCS Screw Centrifugal Pump combines the advantages of a screw pump with the advantages of a centrifugal pump. The result is a unique pump that efficiently handles thick sludges, large or stringy solids, shear sensitive fluids as well as more delicate materials.

ChopX Series Chopper Pumps perform the dual function of cutting and pumping making them ideally suited for applications requiring reduction of solids size and/or protection of downstream equipment.

The Hayward Gordon XR Torus Recessed Impeller pump, is a true vortex pump. Due to the nature of its design, the XR Recessed Impeller Pump is highly effective at handling abrasive slurries, stringy or fibrous materials, sludges and fluid with high gas entrainment.

The advanced design of our latest ANSIMax pump significantly enhances bearing and seal life providing consistent long-term performance. All ANSIMax pumps are manufactured with quality materials in cast steel and stainless steel as standard. Optional CD4MCu and Alloy 20 optional material are available for more corrosive applications. Hayward Gordon ANSIMax pumps are manufactured in three separate sizes with wet end designs up to 10” x 8” with a 16” impeller.  Options are based on the three available power ends and 25 different wet ends to allow a selection for the best pump to meet your process requirements.

The SmartFlex LRP peristaltic pump design incorporates a heavy-duty roller technology that does not require any lubricant for heat dissipation. The heavy-duty urethane rollers impart low stress on the hose, resulting in a dramatic increase in hose life. The rolling action is more efficient than the sliding shoe type and reduces stress on the hose and lower operating costs. These pumps are ideal where contamination is an issue. Replace costly progressive cavity, lobe or air-operated double diaphragm pumps and reduce your maintenance and overall operating costs.

The SmartFlex STP peristaltic pump is an excellent problem solver for abrasive applications or where dry running is an issue. The pumps are volumetrically efficient with a +/- 1% repetitive accuracy. There are no mechanical seals, glands, valves, gear joints or stators to replace. Only the hose is in contact with the fluid. The gentle pumping action is ideal for shear sensitive fluids and heavy slurries.

Hayward Gordon Molten Sulfur pumps provide reliable performance in both clean and dirty sulfur services. The A-VBJ vertical line shaft and A-J horizontal pumps feature a specially engineered and designed column, cross over pipes, volute, and seal housing that minimizes thermal stress and ensures the required temperature control.

Liquiflo specializes in the design and manufacture of high alloy gear pumps for the chemical processing industry. The corrosion and wear-resistant materials make the pumps suitable for the most difficult and challenging applications.
