One-Year Limited Warranty. HazSim provides a one-year limited warranty on its server and handheld products from the date of purchase. This warranty covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship during normal use.

For those unfamiliar with our product, we offer ‘a try before you buy’ short term rental program. We will ship your team a HazSim system for between 30-90 days. Systems are very intuitive and easy to use but HazSim specialists are available for virtual support. Departments can rent from 30-90 days, either a HazSim Pro 2.0 All Hazards Simulation System or a Dual HazSim Pro 2.0. If your team decides to purchase a system, within 90 days of the end of the rental period, 100% of the rental fee will be applied to your purchase.
