The HD50K is a very compact indoor/outdoor drill,with short drill mast for low headroom areas, and driven by electric motor, The rig is mounted with a high-torque rotator (with max. torque 1100 kgm for difficult drilling work, and with an expandable traction undercarriage on it for going through narrow places and doors, ideal for drilling jobs inside buildings, water drains and tunnels.

The HD70R range of machine are powerful fixed undercarriage type units that serve the niche of rotary and percussive drilling for vertical and slightly inclined holes. They can be outfitted with onboard accessories such as freefall winches and flushing pumps, making them fully self contained mobile drills. A choice of masts with pullback capacities and the high-torque rotator (with max. 1500 kgm torque can be provided to suit most applications.

The HD90MKV is the 5th generation of our HD90 series of machines. It is a very versatile medium range drill rig that has good articulated kinematics with the boom and turntable undercarriage. This makes it a highly flexible machine when holes have to be drilled at various angles and different positions. It features oscillating tracks, a bearing turntable, and a choice of drill heads or hydraulic drifters for any type of job. It is especially suited for anchor drilling using drifters, and other slope stabilization jobs. It has powerful traction drives that enable the machine to traverse rough terrain.

The HD110-3 is designed with swing boom. The feature allow it to work in limited access job site. The high-torque rotator (up to 2340kgm or 16850 ft.lb torque) make it suitable for micropile and DTH drilling application. With the optional feature, "side swing device", the rig will have some more movements for better drilling positions, and the "mast extension" enables the rig to drill with 6m, 20ft., long drill rod, increasing the productivity.

The HD180S-A is an up-graded version of our previous HD120, with higher power engine, also excellent articulation, and ideal machine for high-torque hydraulic drifter of over 2,400 kgm (17,300 ft lb) torque. It can also be mounted with a super high-torque rotator (up to 24,000 kgm or 17,300 ft. lb. torque).. This machine is ideal for anchor drilling using drifters and large diameter piles using high-torque rotators. The optional item, mast extension, enables the rig to drill with 6m long drill rod.

The HD1000RC is a pile-top drilling rig for drilling vertical or raked piles up to a nominal diameter of 1000 mm (39") with RC rotary drilling and DTH RC hammer drilling. The machine drills inside the casing upon which it is mounted. It is ideal for rock socketing in the construction of jetties and other offshore foundation work. It is also suitable for foundation piles for use on land. We supply a comprehensive range of drilling accessories to go with the rig and also underreamer systems to drill holes larger than the diameter of the casing.

HD Horizontal Drills is a range of drilling machines built with high flexibility upon customers` requests. The power of the machine is from 20Hp to 200HP being equipped with hydraulic rotators or hydraulic drifters, drilling up to ø1000mm holes. Typically, they are built for confined working areas, such as tunnels, and small pits.

This is a popular method of soil stabilization employed for retention of slopes. A series of angled holes are drilled and grouted up with reinforcement. Unlike anchors, the reinforcing bars are not post tensioned. In many cases the slopes are very steep and only light weight equipment can be used. Our hydraulic and nail drills are very light-weight and widely used.

The GP160-100 pump is suitable for grouting water, cement, bentonite and find grained material. The special features of the GP160 includes high output flow and pressure, user friendly adjustable output pressure and volume control as well as convenient maintenance. Its robust and compact design makes it to be handle by small crane truck and fork lift easily and conveniently.

The GP60-70 / GP100-35 pump is suitable for cements grouts, it is a double acting positive displacement plunger type with a robust cast iron body skid mounted. The reciprocating motion is achieved by a highly reliable mechanical switching control valve. The hydraulic drive pump and directional valve are located inside the tank thereby avoiding any chance of cavitations, or dust infiltration. The system also includes a water to oil hydraulic oil cooler to maintain optimum system temperature.
