HCS FuzyPro - Model 1/4 DIN - Temperature Controller Heat/Cool Controllers
FuzyPro 1/4 DIN Temperature Controller Heat/Cool Controllers can easily be configured to provide precise control. The advanced Smarter Logic `Fuzzy` allows processes to be controlled better than ever before, with virtually no initial overshoot or temperature variations. As the control detects a process disturbance the fuzzy logic continuous decision making function quickly returns the process value to the setpoint. The large dual displays allow the set point and process value to be visible at all times. In addition self-diagnostic capabilities, sensor linearization and cold junction compensation are all performed by the powerful, single chip microprocessor. The 2` in panel depth is the shortest of any similar function control available.

The 1/16 DIN Analog Temperature Controller Solid State Multifunction Timer, is a cost effective product that has excellent application flexibility with 4 operating modes, and sixteen time ranges, that are all selectable from the front panel. This versatile timer has 2 SPDT relays rated at 10 amps 120 volts and is available in 2 models Model D which features a maintained output and model E which has 1 maintained and 1 momentary output.
HCS - Field Selectable Input/Output Controller
Field Selectable Input/Output Controller features universal field selectable outputs for the main control output. The main control output can be selected from a relay contact, a voltage pulse, or a 4 to 20 mAmp output. Field Selectable Input/Output Controller also excepts 44 types of thermocouple, RTD, DC voltage and DC current. In addition these controllers can have 2 independent alarm contacts that are programmable to be deviation, process, or set value alarms. The Heater break alarms utilize an external current transformer that monitors the heater current and activates an alarm should the current fall below a threshold value that has been set by the operator. The loop break monitors and protects the entire temperature control system. The loop break alarm will detect Heater Breaks, Thermocouple or RTD failure, short circuits, or the failure of an operating device such as a mechanical relay, Mercury Relay or SSR.
