A high-pressure pump with 3 pressure elements for handling system pressures of up to 2,200 bar, with a delivery rate of up to 15 l/min (1 pump) or 30 l/min (redundant operation with 2 pumps). Suitable for operation with heavy oil as it has a special seal concept on both sides, mixed-oil drain and temperature-resistant design.

A high-pressure pump with 4 pressure elements for handling system pressures of up to 2,400 bar, with a delivery rate of up to 65 l/min (1 pump) or up to 130 l/min (redundant operation with 2 pumps). Suitable for operation with heavy oil as it has a special seal concept on both sides, mixed-oil drain and temperature-resistant design.

Pressure is limited; only a temporary safety function is provided. The engine must be stopped. Primarily the Rail Pressure Limiting Valves (RPLV) are designed to protect common rail equipment against overpressure. Differing to RPLV-1S the 2S-version additionally offers the important limphome function. After opening due to overpressure RPLV-2S works as a rail pressure control valve and keeps up some holding pressure under any system conditions even without risk of overheating. This provides high reliability and ensures engine running.

Differing to RPLV-1S the 2S-version additionally offers the important limp- home function. After opening due to overpressure RPLV-2S works as a rail pressure control valve and keeps up some holding pressure under any system conditions even without risk of overheating.
