High performance general purpose disinfectant sprays for use in cleanrooms and critically controlled environments. SteriClean® Alcohol Sprays use an optimal mix of 70% v/v isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or de-natured ethanol (DE), blended with 30% water for injection (WFI) and 0.2 micron filtered for use in aseptic areas. Contained in an ergonomic and lightweight bottle, each spray uses a proven closed bag in bottle spray assembly to maintain sterility of contents by restricting the ingress of bacteria*. 0.45L trigger sprays are ideal for accessible cleaning in confined work areas. Each SteriClean® Alcohol Spray is double or triple bagged in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom and gamma sterilised to no less than 25 kGy, suitable for efficient aseptic transfer into cleanrooms and isolator environments.

Helapet offer a durable low-linting cleanroom wipe with excellent chemical compatibility. Laser sealed edges help to reduce the risk of loose fibres, essential for cleanroom environments. Each polywipe is constructed from highly absorbent textured polyester knitted fabric, effective at lifting particles without leaving abrasions.

Helapet offer a quality range of hydrophilic filters for avoiding particle and bacterial contamination of small quantities of drug. Presented with a female luer lock and male luer lock inlet / outlet connection, each 25mm diameter syringe filter allows safe and secure fixture onto a syringe. The polyethylene terephthalate (PET) filter media is suitable for use with cytotoxic substances and a choice of 5 micron or 0.2 micron ratings allow for numerous medical and pharmaceutical applications. Each syringe filter is supplied CE marked, individually blister packed and sterile.

Constructed of low-linting and absorbent cellulose material with an impermeable polyethylene backing, Helapet Pharmacy Workmats deliver essential drip and spill protection during drug preparation activities. Available in three convenient sizes, Helapet Pharmacy Workmats can be used in confined areas including cleanroom isolators and prep-trays. Prepared in-house within an ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment, Helapet supply this product individually poly-bagged and gamma sterile for smooth aseptic transfer. A non sterile larger size is also available.

Our ISO Class 7 cleanroom offers significant capacity to manually hand pack, bag and seal according to project specifications. Our semi-automated bagging technology means Helapet has the flexibility to accommodate larger bulk projects and run different bagging formats. Using extensive knowledge and a trusted network of sterilisation suppliers, Helapet provide consultation and sterilisation management with testing data to ensure all products comply before final release. In-process quality control and monitoring with regular inspections provides additional assurance and piece of mind.

Berner Oversleeves provide optimal arm protection against high and low risk cytotoxic substances. Manufactured from highly resistant, low-linting polypropylene, the impermeable material offers excellent breakthrough times for a list of commonly used cytotoxic, biological and chemical agents*. Each Berner Oversleeve is shaped to universally fit over standard coveralls, granting greater freedom of movement. A secure elasticated finish at the top of the arm is complimented with comfortable knitted wrist cuffs. Berner Oversleeves are cleanroom processed and supplied sterile in an easily accessible clean peel pouch.

Our fibre-free Foam Beard Mask combines effective particle/moisture control with comfort, not restricting speech or breathing, goggle/glasses steaming or moisture build-up on the face. Comfortably locking behind the ear using a loop fastening, each mask can protect the wearer from unwanted contact as well as restricting loose particle and moisture from entering the cleanroom. Foam Beard Masks can snugly fit around the nose and mouth, making them ideal to be worn in conjunction with cleanroom suits with a built-in facemask or on their own. Excellent absorbency performance ensures retention of particles and moisture for long time periods.

Helapet A4 Cleanroom Paper is made from quality cellulose and is coated to provide a smooth surface to minimise release of particles and fibres in cleanroom environments. Helapet Cleanroom Paper can retain toner from copiers and laser printers to reduce smudging and is compatible with both aqueous and oil-based ink.
