Main parts of copper wire recycling machine:
1. Shredder:
The double-shaft shredder is used to shred to waste cables and wires into small pieces. It is made of H13 alloy materials, which has high hardness and toughness and can be used for a long time than other shredder.
2. Crusher:
The blade of crusher is SKD-11 of HRC58, which has high hardness&toughness and high wear resistance.
3. Air separator:
Air separator adopts Italian air suspension principle, which can separate copper from plastic according to the different gravity.
4. Electrostatic separator:
Electrostatic separator uses high voltage electrostatic separation technology to separate metals from non-metals according to the different conductivity.
