The STABLEpro™ Stabilized Adapter system is designed to fit tight to the lip reducing the wear on the leading edge while simultaneously reducing side-to-side movement. The semi/full wing teeth provide protection to the adapter increasing overall system life.

Available for hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders, rope shovels and LHD tram buckets, Hensley’s J-Bolt Lip Shrouds offer a quick and effective solution to add wear protection. Mechanically attached shrouds are made from a harder alloy achieving greater wear and abrasion resistance than weld-on shrouds.

Hensley’s conventional whisler style lip shrouds help protect your dipper lip from wear that comes from harsh mining conditions.

Hensley’s wing shrouds offer improved protection to the cheek plate of buckets. A wide selection of upper and lower wing shrouds are available for cable shovel dippers.

Save yourself some time and make it easy to change attachments with a mechanical- or hydraulically-operated quick-coupler from Hensley. Mechanical version provides a cost effective solution to frequent attachment swaps, while our hydraulic model offers you the simplicity and ease of changing the attachment from the seat of the cab.
