Herbold SML series general purpose granulators are robust and low-noise machines for general purpose applications. Compact, transportable, easy to clean. Perfect design for frequent color and material changes. They are suitable for processing all light, bulky or voluminous plastics scraps with thin or medium walls including; films, cans, barrels, car bumpers, thin-walled tubes, profiles, injection molding rejects, skeletal waste, thermoforming waste, foams and more.

Herbold HB granulators combines the features of a shredder with a large infeed hopper and hydraulic ram, with a horizontally fed granulator in a space saving design.

The size reduction of long pipes, plates and profiles can be a problem for traditional granulators. Pits or platforms that occupy large areas are often required for feeding, or long pieces must be cut prior to feeding. Herbold SMP profile / pipe granulators have specially been developed to be able to feed long pipes, plates and profiles without cutting them into sections. They feature multi-knife rotors designed to automatically draw in the pipes and profiles after having entered them into the feed channel.

HERBOLD PU Series pulverizers are high-speed grinders designed to pulverize ground stock from profile, pipes, extruded products, film, pellets, rubber and a variety of other products.  Can be equipped with a variety of grinding tools and screening units.
